PUMPKIN PIE (PITÂ DI CURCUBETÂ)

Sweet Aromanian pie with hand-made pastry sheets and flavourful pumpkin. Pita di curcubetâ, a treat for young and old, is a traditional dish passed down in our family from generation to generation.

The pie comes in two sizes:

small - 1.2 kg (serves 4)
large - 1.8 kg (serves 6-8)
